I called Affordable Plumbing to see if they could come to my home and check to see if it was possible to increase my water pressure. My appointment was scheduled for the next business day from 3-4 p.m. I left work early in order to be home before 3 pm. At 3:55, no one had shown up, so I called to make sure they still were coming. I was told that they were running behind and would call me when they were on their way, which they did. The plumber arrived at 5:57 pm. I wish I had been notified or was told I could receive a courtesy call to let me know when they were on the way, so I would not have taken off work early. The plumber was extremely polite, but stayed on his mobile phone the entire time chatting and laughing with someone while he worked. I am thankful for the job that was done and am very happy with the better water pressure. The plumber did not take the time to explain what he had to do in order to increase the pressure. When he finished, he told me that he had to install a new pressure regulator. I wish he had explained that to me beforehand to give me the chance to opt out or not of the cost that it incurred. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the outcome. It is wonderful to have higher water pressure in every faucet/shower throughout the house. I gave a rating of 4 only because I was not informed of the procedure it took to increase my water pressure before he did the actual work and because the plumber was somewhat unprofessional, as he was on his mobile device chatting and laughing with someone the entire time. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Affordable Plumber.

I called Brandon at 2:30 pm about my water heater was leaking and by 3:30 pm he was here with a new water heater and cleaned up all the water and then installed the water heater. Affordable plumbing is the greatest I’ve ever used. They have replaced my sewer and water line some time ago. I recommend affordable plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

My husband and I are extremely happy with our plumbing service with Affordable Plumbing. Our plumbing system was filled with roots, and red clay. Affordable Plumbing took their time and even bought Backup.(Lol) They spoke with The city of North Augusta and jointly figured out the issue from the road. It was a easy process for the beginning. I want to shout out thanks to Affordable Plumbing! It’s Sunday afternoon and my water at the main connection started to leak all over the yard. I have three Grandkids at my house, toilet time was looking sketchy. A quick Google search sent me to Affordable Plumbing and within 30 mins James was at my house. Not only was he very professional, his manners and his work ethic, need I say, Perfection! Congrats to this top plumbing company! Rates are also great!

I had a scheduled appointment this morning. When they never showed, I called and was informed “the boss pulled me off your job and scheduled me to go to another job” yet I received no phone call informing me they weren’t coming. Wasted two hours of my time because my need wasn’t as important as someone else’s need. This is no way to run a business.

I called Affordable Plumbing to replace my ice maker box on my refrigerator. They came out the next day! Michael came to my house, on time, friendly, and very professional! He identified the issue and had it fixed in less than thirty minutes! I was very well pleased! I had two other plumbing companies come to my house to give me an estimate. Both were much more than Affordable plumbing. If you’re ever in need of plumbing services, I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing!

Yall BRANDON did it right. He took great care right after the disaster to get my new water lines! Didn't try charging me $98 bucks to just look at the job and he hopped on it ASAP. I am really grateful for AP showing North Augusta what being a business leader is all about! Thank you!!
